General Terms & Conditions
  • The arrival and departure timings are scheduled departure and arrival timings. Buses may be delayed, or pick up points changed, due to unavoidable reasons like traffic jams, etc.
  • Passengers are requested to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus. Failing to do so, they shall not be allowed to board the bus :
  • A copy of the e-Ticket/ Ticket booking Text message
  • Photo identity proof mentioned in the "e-Ticket".
  • E-ticket is non-transferable. If a ticket is presented by someone other than the person entitled to be carried there-under or to refund in connection therewith, APSRTC or any of its travel partners shall not be liable to the person so entitled, if in good faith it provides carriage or makes a refund to the person presenting the ticket.
  • APSRTC is a passenger transport service only. APSRTC shall not be liable to make good the loss of goods or property of passengers for any of the Acts, events, incidents whatsoever beyond the control of the company.
  • The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle or insufficient passengers for the trip. Baggage and Luggage will be booked at owner's risk subject to the acceptance by APSRTC's travel partner.
  • Provision of Video and air conditioning and any such other services mentioned by our travel partner in the buses is the responsibility of our travel partner. Any refunds / claims due to non functioning or un-availability of these services needs to be settled directly with the service provider.
  • In the event of cancellation of a bus/service trip, APSRTC will assist the passenger in providing an alternative similar service subject to availability. In case an alternative is not available, then APSRTC shall be liable to the passenger only to the extent of refunding the sum paid by the passenger as per the rules in force directly to the customer's Credit Card/Debit Card account.
  • Passengers hereby consent to receive communications by SMS or calls from APSRTC with regard to services provided by them.
  • The APSRTC reserves the right to change the customer's seat number.
  • The cancellation policy is subject to change at the last minute and is at the discretion of the APSRTC.
  • Please note that fares are subject to change without notice. If you have purchased a ticket and subsequently the fares have increased then you will not be required to pay the difference. Please check your ticket after it is issued, for its correctness and we request you to read the Terms and conditions.
  • In case of detection of alteration of fare / Ticket No. / Journey details / etc., at the time of journey, in the paper ticket mailed to the passenger email-ID, the registered passenger of e-ticketing with https://www.apsrtconline.in is liable for prosecution under court of law.

TTD Terms and conditions:

Ticket Cancellation is not allowed for TTD Dharsan tickets

1. Please carry A4 ticket printout to read barcode at entry.

2. At the time of entry, all the pilgrims shall produce the same original Photo ID used during booking. Age proof shall be produced for children below 12 years to gain entry free of cost..

3. The pilgrim shall wear Traditional Dress only.
    Male: Dhoti, shirt/Kurtha, Pyjama.
    Female: Saree/Half Saree/Chudidar with Dupatta.

4. All pilgrims in Group ticket have to report together.

5. The pilgrims should not carry any luggage/cell phones/electronic gadgets while reporting.

6. Entry with foot wear is not permitted into the queue lines, mada streets and Temple.

7. TTD reserves the right of cancellation of Darshan under Special Circumstances.

8. For TTD Darshan related queries, Please contact 0877 2289905.

9. Reporting and late reporting of Darshanam (after 1 1/2 hour only on booked slot) at ATC car parking (Rs.300/- ticket counter) Tirumala.

10. The ticket booked with TTD dharshan is not transferable and not allowed for cancellation/ preponement/postponement.

11. To avail dharshan, pilgrims shall produce vaccination certificate (2 doses) or covid-19 negative certificate obtained with in 72 Hrs prior to date of dharshan.

12. Passengers must travel by APSRTC buses compulsorily to avail SED dharshan.



Srisailam Terms and conditions:

Ticket Cancellation is not allowed for Srisailam Dharsan tickets

1. Devotees can search for the availability and purchase the darshanam tickets - Devotees can purchase multiple tickets, however mandatorily required to provide all the Devotee Names, Gender, Age, ID proof such as Aadhar details for booking Online Darshanam.

2. Devotees required to take all permissions necessary for visiting the temple from outside the country or outside the State of Andhra Pradesh - Temple Darshanam ticket cannot be construed as interstate permit.

3. All devotees in the group had to report together and produce original identity proof submitted while booking the tickets. The Devotees should wear traditional dresses only.
    Male: Dhoti, shirt/Kurtha, Pyjama.
    Female: Saree/Half Saree/Chudidar with Dupatta.

4. Devotees also required to bring printed copy of the receipt of Darshanam Tickets. A Maximum delay of 1 and half hour from reporting time is allowed thereafter the Darshanam Tickets become invalid.

5. Devotees should not carry any luggage/cell phones/electronic gadgets while reporting for Darshanam.

6. Entry with foot wear is not permitted into the queue lines, mada streets and Temple premises.

7. Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy Varla Devasthanam reserves right to cancel any Darshanam under special circumstances and the same cannot be questioned by the Devotees. �These tickets are non-transferable and cannot be cancelled.

8. After completion of booking ,cancellation /advancement/postponement are not accepted.

e-Wallet Terms & Conditions :

Terms & Conditions

  • APSRTC e-Wallet is a channel that allows you to hold your money in your APSRTC account as a prepaid balance, and can be used only for bookings with apsrtconline.in
  • Any balance in APSRTC e-Wallet account does not attract interest.
  • Money parked in your APSRTC e-Wallet account do not expire. You can redeem at any time to book your tickets at apsrtconline.in.
  • In case of cancellation of bookings made through APSRTC e-Wallet account, the refunds if any after deducting cancellation charges will be processed and credited back to your APSRTC e-Wallet account. However, if the booking were made partially using APSRTC e-Wallet and partially using credit/debit card, the refunds would be processed back as received from the respective source.
  • The Wallet money can be transferred within APSRTC Wallet Account only.
  • APSRTC has the rights to reward the APSRTC e-Wallet user with cash back or other promotional offers from time to time. It also at its discretion will monitor the account and may also temporarily suspend the APSRTC e-Wallet account in case of any discrepancies.
  • The above terms and conditions can be amended, modified or withdrawn by apsrtconline.in at any time without notice.
  • Cash back is eligible only on wallet amount.


E-Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. The APSRTC provides only the facility for transaction with APSRTC's Passenger Reservation System through the Internet. APSRTC's rules for reservation and booking apply to all such transactions along with special conditions imposed for Internet based booking. The special conditions and terms of service applicable to Internet booking are detailed in this document.

2. The following terms and conditions will apply if you wish to use the APSRTC's online ticket booking service offered through the APSRTC website https://www.apsrtconline.in . Please go through the conditions carefully and if you accept them, you may register and transact on the site, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not transact on this Website. Once you have clicked the agree button at the bottom of Terms and Conditions at login page, you have entered into a formal agreement with APSRTC for the purpose of transactions on this website.

3. If a user violates the terms and conditions of use by registering more than one user ID and /or booking tickets on such multiple user IDs, APSRTC reserves the right to deactivate all such user registration and cancel any or all tickets booked using these registrations without any notice.

4. APSRTC's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal processes of Government of India and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of APSRTC's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Web Site or information provided to or gathered by APSRTC with respect to such use. You agree that APSRTC may provide details of your use of the Web Site to regulators or police or to any other third party, or in order to resolve disputes or complaints which relate to the Web Site, at APSRTC's complete discretion.

5. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

6. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and APSRTC with respect to this Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the customer and APSRTC with respect to this Web Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

Procedure for e-ticket booking:

Online Booking (Internet Booking) will enable the passenger to book the seats and cancel the ticket even from remote places where APSRTC counters or franchisees are not available. The procedure and guidelines for Internet booking (called, On-line booking) are detailed as follows:

1. Booking can be made by Registered user through the Internet or as a Guest. Registered User will be given username and password after filling an E-form on the Internet by giving his personal details.

2. Payments for tickets booked will have to be made through Credit Card /Debit Card / Internet banking, APSRTC e-Wallet and UPI.

3. Passenger booking the ticket will have to login to APSRTC website or can book as guest and proceed through the link provided for Advance Booking. The passenger will select the seats in a service of his choice based on the availability.

4. During the booking process, the passenger who is availing concessional ticket like Journalist Pass or PHC pass or Retired Employee etc., will have to select Identity Type and submit ID No. for confirming his identity during the journey. He can select from any of the Photo Identity Cards i.e. Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Ration Card (passenger's).

5. Before confirming the booking, the passenger will have to provide payment details like 'Credit Card / Debit Card' Internet banking, APSRTC e-Wallet and UPIfor accepting payment by the Payment Gateway. The booking will be confirmed after the Payment Gateway approves the transaction. At this stage, an OB (Online Booking) Reference Number will be generated for that ticket and passenger shall note this number for further communication in future with APSRTC and after successful transaction passenger can print the e-Ticket. 'e-ticket' will be printed on a plain paper (A4 size) for acknowledgement and it will be valid for journey. This e-Ticket MUST be produced at the time of boarding the bus along with ID proof.

6. Alternatively, the passenger will have the option of getting the 'e-Ticket' printed at any other place where he has Internet connectivity and printing facility. He can print the 'e-Ticket', by logging on through his User ID from Booked History in My Account tab.

7. After successful transaction this e-Ticket will be sent to passenger's mail address provided in his profile at the time of Registration. He can get the printout of this e-ticket from his mail.

8. The on-duty Conductor (or Driver-cum-Conductor) will verify the Identity Card of the passenger mentioned in the e-Ticket during the journey. If the passenger fails to produce the specified Identity Proof in original during the journey, the ticket will be treated as INVALID and the passenger will be treated as "Travelling without Ticket". Photocopies of Identity proof are not allowed.

9. Partial cancellation is allowed only once, for which cancellation terms & conditions will apply. Partial cancellation is allowed in round-trip tickets provided the same number and type (Adult/child) are cancelled in both UP & DOWN Journeys. Except TTD SED and Srisailam Darshan Bookings

10. For Registered users, cancellation is allowed online only if they login with the same user ID used for booking the ticket, which is to be cancelled. In respect of cancellations, refunds applicable will be made to the mode of booking used at the time of booking.

11. Cancellation of e-tickets is only allowed one hour before the schedule start time at origin of the Service. Except TTD SED Darshan Bookings

12. If the service is cancelled by APSRTC (or other STUs) for operational reasons, refund applicable will be made to the concerned mode of booking used at the time of booking

13. If a passenger has lost the "e-Ticket", a copy of the same can be printed from "Booked History" module by logging on to APSRTC site, through his User ID and password.

14. Alternatively, he can get the printout from his email account, without logging into APSRTC site.

15. All transactions made by the user through on-line booking will be available in "Booked History". This will be for the reference of the passenger and subsequent verification of transactions made on the concerned mode of booking used at the time of booking.

16. All transactions on Internet are subject to the conditions stipulated by the Payment Gateway and subject to levy of charges, if any. The APSRTC will levy a service charge of 2.5 % on the fare applicable for each seat in addition to the fare payable except for the UPI payments..

17. Users are advised to print e-tickets immediately after booking e-ticket to avoid inconvenience.

18. Total 2.5% Payment Gateway Service charges will be refunded for service cancellation transactions in e-ticketing.

19. 1.20% out of 2.50% collected towards payment gateway charges will be refunded to the passengers in case of failure transactions.

20. Total 2.5% Payment Gateway Service charges will be refunded for un confirmed wait list tickets

Waiting list:

1. The e-Ticket user who intends to get wait listed seat when desired service is FULL, will be given WL1, WL2, WL3 etc., depending on the number of wait listed seats, duly collecting full fare.

2. In case of vacancy arises on account of cancellation, the wait list rolls up to the extent of vacancies in the service and new wait listed passengers are allowed.

3. Seat will be allotted against cancellation to wait listed passenger (seat) on FIRST IN FIRST OUT basis. A SMS and an email will be sent to the e-Ticket user.

4. Seat confirmed/ unconfirmed position will be sent to the passenger via SMS/e-mail before 3 hrs from the scheduled departure of the service. Alternatively he/she can know the status in https://www.apsrtconline.in

5. If confirmed seat is cancelled normal cancellation/refund rules will be applied. In case unconfirmed seat is cancelled, total fare excluding Reservation fee will be refunded.

6. Wait listed passengers will not be permitted to travel in the service on the strength of the unconfirmed ticket. They will have to cancel the unconfirmed waiting list seats.

Refund Procedure:

1. In respect of tickets cancelled by the passenger, APSRTC will refund the amount applicable to the concerned mode of booking by APSRTC.

2. In respect of refunds due to ticket not booked but amount debited to passenger's account, passenger is requested to send an e-mail to online.support@apsrtconline.in mentioning USERID of the transaction/APSRTC OB reference. APSRTC authorities will verify the details and refund the amount to the concerned mode of booking account.

3. Refunds to passengers will be given normally in 14 days, after the cancellation of ticket or receipt of e-mail. If refunds are delayed more than 14 days, passengers may contact helpline telephone number at 0866 2570005 in all days all At 24X7.

Information related to advance booking at APSRTC/Franchise counters:

Advance Booking.

1. Advance booking can be made for all long distance services covered under APSRTC reservation system at a single counter irrespective of the place of Boarding and Destination of the service.

2. Passengers can board the services at passenger Boarding /pickup points.

3. Passenger details (or group leader in case of a group) such as name, age, gender, address, phone no., e-mail ID (optional) will be collected for creating passenger database and communication in case of emergencies.

Reservation Fee

1.Advance reservation fee of Rs.30/- per seat for AC type of services and Rs.20/- for Non- Ac type of Services are charged for passengers booking seats in advance.

2.Passenger Cess will be collected per passenger.

3.Rs. 15/- will be collected per passenger for all AC Services towards Passenger Amenities (disposable seat cover, air freshener, wet napkin) provided.

4.Reservation Fee is non-refundable except in case of 100 % cancellation of tickets, if the service is cancelled byAPSRTC for operational or any other reasons.APSRTC for operational or any other reasons.

5.Passenger PIS_TAX @ Re. 1/- will be collected per passenger.

6.Safety cess @Rs.1/-for all services except Pallevelugu

Cancellation Rules

1. For cancellation of tickets, cancellation fee is calculated on the journey fare applicable as per the mentioned slabs here.

2. Cancellation of tickets with discounts will be as per the rules in force. However, cancellation charges will be worked out on the collected fare of the ticket
    and refund amount will be fare collected less cancellation fee. Further, cancellation charges are applicable on Basic fare only.

3. Reservation fee, Payment Gateway Service charges and levies (except GST, amenities) are not refundable.

4. The cancellation for e-ticket and refund rules slab wise (excluding the reservation fee, which is non-refundable) are as follows:

Service Cancellation by APSRTC

a) If service is cancelled by APSRTC for any reason tickets are cancelled automatically and refund amount will be credited to the customer account.


Postponement/preponement:

pre-ponement and post-ponement of ticket is allowed only for the tickets booked at RTC counters and at ATB Agents. Tickets booked other than RTC / ATB counters i.e. booked at www.apsrtconline.in or through B2C portals, Pre / post-ponement of ticket is Not allowed.

Return Journey Discount

1. 10% Concession on base fare in both Up and Down Journeys for the tickets booked under Return Journey Ticket Scheme (If the passenger books both onward and return journeys simultaneously (in a single transaction)) is allowed for all types services.

2. This discount is allowed only when the gap between onward journey and return Journey is minimum of 6 hours.

3. If the onward journey or return journey ticket is cancelled, then the 10% discount given in both trips will be retained by APSRTC treating the ticket as single Journey ticket.

4. When Up Service is cancelled & Down service is under operation or vice versa - for such scenarios - Incase passengers are not transferred in other service, then the fare collected from passenger for the service cancelled by APSRTC will be refunded. Consequent to cancellation of Up/Down service by APSRTC, if passenger cancels his reservation for the remaining part of the round trip, in such case fare collected from passenger will be refunded irrespective of time of cancellation.

5. Cancellation of Return Journey Tickets will be as per the existing cancellation rules.

Related issues

1. Maximum of six seats can be booked on a single ticket.


TML UP and DOWN TERMS and CONDITIONS:

1. Passengers must carry the hard copy Journey ticket along with TTD darshan ticket to board the bus in Tirupati..

2.Passengers who board the bus in Tirupati please report at YEDUKONDALU BUS STATION after arrival the bus at Tirupati station.

3.Passengers who board the bus in Tirumala please report at RAM BAGICHA BUS STATION.

4.Passengers must carry the original Aadhaar card no.

5.TPT- TML Journey is valid up to 24hrs from the Tirupathi arrival time subject to 2 hrs. before the Darshan Slot time.

6.Aadhaar number must match with passenger journey ticket and TTD darshan ticket.

7. Tirumala and Tirupati ticket are valid up to 72Hrs from the actual journey ticket arrival time.

8. TTD tickets booked with child passengers must take the tirumala up and down ticket in bus.

9. TTD tickets are not allowed for cancellation.

SMS Terms And Conditions:

  • Short Messaging Service (SMS SERVICE) is offered by APSRTC has add on service to Passengers.
  • SMS will be sent only to the mobile number you have registered/given during the advanced booking.
  • SMS will be sent at the time ticket generated from the application.
  • You may not receive SMS in case there are issues/problems with your mobile phone, mobile network reach and technical issues with your mobile network provider. In order to receive SMS, you must ensure that your mobile phone is switched on, is in working condition and connected to the mobile network of your mobile network provider at all times. If your mobile phone is switched off or is out of coverage, your mobile network provider may delete any SMS messages to be received by you.
  • The time to deliver the SMS is dependent upon the traffic on the mobile network and whether your mobile phone is within reach and switched on and be guaranteed by APSRTC..
  • APSRTC is not a mobile network operator and does not guarantee the delivery of SMS text messages.
  • By registering/booking to the reservation, you confirm that you have provided the accurate mobile number to be reached via SMS and that you are the owner or its legitimate user of the mobile phone being used at the time of traveling. You acknowledge that using another person's mobile phone or providing inaccurate mobile phone number or unauthorized use of mobile phone number for receiving the SMS may entail disclosure of your confidential information which disclosure shall be at your sole risk.
  • SMS SERVICE is provided with no warranties, express or implied. APSRTC is not responsible or liable or otherwise have any obligation to you for any loss, damage or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to non-receipt of the SMS for any reasons whatsoever. In no event shall APSRTC be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. The maximum liability of APSRTC shall not exceed the fee paid under this receipt.
  • SMS SERVICE such as m-ticket, tripsheet alerts etc., may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of India and Passenger by booking for online reservation SMS SERVICE submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
  • By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you specifically acknowledge and agree to the aforesaid terms and conditions.

Connecting Service Ticket Terms:

  • Passenger should carry the ticket print out or SMS to perform the journey.
  • You need to show any ID proof (Driving License,Voter ID, Passport,PAN Card, AADHAR Card) to the conductor.
  • Passengers are permitted to travel with any one of the photo identity proofs like AADHAR, PAN, Voter Card, Official identity etc. within the time period specified in the ticket details/SMS.
  • Pre/Postponement is not allowed for Linked ticket.
  • Cancellation is not allowed for the part of connecting ticket portion of link ticket. However,master ticket portion can be cancelled with existing Cancellation policies.
  • Link ticket customer can travel the same or below type of Regular service.
  • Passengers can travel up to 1 Hr. from that of regular service Departure Time.
  • Link ticket booking is allowed before offline duration time from regular service Departure time.
  • If service cancelled by corporation for any reasons, link ticket fare is not refundable. However passenger can perform link ticket journey
