**In case after trying to book a ticket if you have not received any SMS, please check your email. PGW ERROR: The Payment gateway response is yet to be received. If the amount is deducted then, Please verify in Track Ticket Status, SMS or Email for confirmation.
If the amount is deducted and the ticket is not generated then, the refund will be initiated to the Credit/Debit Card by using which you have booked the Ticket.
